No return emails about my box not arriving so I am cancelling my subscription today. I am so sad to do this but this company never tried to do anything. It just sucks that they took money twice out of my account through all this. And I think a month is more than enough time to resolve this. My advice to anyone considering this company to check out the other ones. Maybe they'll have better customer service.
