The product isn’t very good, but it’s the shipping and customer service that is really the problem. Per their marketing and shipping policy, orders are supposed to ship on the 4th of the month. Yet, each month around the 20th, I’m emailing asking for a status or at least a tracking number. No response for days. I’ll be cancelling this subscription for sure.
UPDATE: Just got a very unprofessional email from Handy Antiviral due to my review. Never experienced such a rude and defensive ‘customer service’ response. I hope that Cratejoy is taking notice of how this vendor treats their customers!
