I bought a 3 month subscription. I got the first box in May. The other two boxes should have came in June and July. I reached out to the company/whoever is in charge of the box and he was helpful. He said he could ship them out to me month by month, send both together or refund me. Since the items in my first box was good I asked if the remaining boxes could be shipped together. He said that was fine and was going to send them out. This all happened months ago. I haven't received the other two boxes. Since the first email, I reached out if I could get the status of the boxes, and I haven't had any reply. I wanted to get them by the end of august since my sisters birthday is in September (it just passed) and I wanted to enjoy both of the boxes together, we're both big Harry Potter fans. I'm just really disappointed, not only did I lose money on the two boxes, I also missed out on enjoying something with my sister.
