Thanks for asking! The premium Box contains 7 pieces, two of which are full size premium items, like rugs, furniture, shelves, etc. The standard box contains only 5 ofthose pieces, and only the ones that are accents for your decor.

Q: I placed my order April 12th. My notification states it has shipped but I have yet to receive it. It's now June 4th. What should I do?Asked by Wilba R., June 2020

Hello! You placed your order on April 12th, and as such were shipped your
first box at the beginning of the following month, on May 4th, and it
arrived on the 12th. You were charged in May for the June box, which should
probably ship tomorrow, and you can expect it to arrive in a similar time

I have had several questions from the time that I began the subscription and being ever the night owl, I emailed Hart & Hess quite late one evening. Matt was super fast to reply and was quite kind and understanding. In fact, he has been nothing but kind throughout this entire experience.
Today, my Bee kit arrived. Now, originally I only purchased this at the request of my 11-year-old so, and it only seemed fitting for him to help open it. With each item that we unwrapped all eight of my sons "ooh'ed" and "aww'ed". They were clearly impressed and were already asking with the June box would be delivered because they are so excited to see what comes next.

Ordered on November 9. It’s December 21 and this has not even shipped to me. If I ever get, I’m going to be very upset if the box was Christmas decor and I don’t get it before Christmas. I’m already over this one. They can’t even blame it on the post office.
