Update from original review 2/12: Seller contacted me and we resolved the issue. I have chosen to continue the subscription since my daughter loves the products.
Bought the one year subscription in Nov 2020. According to them they ship between the 5th and 10th. When we didn't receive our December box, I contacted them on the 21st and they two-day shipped it so we had it in time for Christmas. Figured it was the craziness of the holidays and they rectified the problem. Great.
Now it's January and I'm having the same problem. Contacted them on January 18 and requested a refund for the remaining eleven months since I really don't want to manage my monthly subscription. Instead, they printed a shipping label but still haven't shipped me the product (according to USPS tracking) and it's a week later.
Mind you, they've never reached out to me about the shipping mishaps.
My daughter enjoyed the box and I prefer supporting small businesses but this is poor business on their part.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received this box. The products are all natural with no chemicals. An insert listing the ingredients was enclosed which I appreciate! Everything is QUALITY and smells MARVELOUS! There was a nice variety of products too! I would definitely recommend this subscription! I did try a few bath and spa boxes looking for a good fit for me and this is one I'd definitely like to continue once I use up all the products that I have. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on the spoilers, with Valentine's day, Mother's Day coming up, I believe these boxes would make EXCEPTIONAL gifts as well!

Du do some circunstances, my box wasn't shipped at time, so I was disappointed and worried because the second payment passed on my credit card. I contact the seller and they answer me to inform that they shipped the box in late. I just received it today and I have to say their products smell damn good. So, I will give them an another chance.

The first issue I have with this subscription is it's more than half way through and none of them have been delivered on time. The website claims to ship between the 5th and 10 of each month but we are lucky to receive the box by the end of the month. The other issue is almost all of the boxes we've gotten don't look anything like the picture of what we're supposed to get. This subscription was purchased as a gift and the constant letdowns by the seller are making this one of the worst gifts I have ever given.

I would like to be able to give more stars to the quality except that - oh yeah - I don't have the product yet. I ordered this subscription for my mom as a Mother's Day gift on 4/26 because the description said the product would ship out between the 5th and 10th every month. Mother's Day was on 5/9 so I figured this would be fine...a few days late, no big deal. Wrong. It is now 5/16 - 6 days after the promised date of shipping - and I have no confirmation that the product has shipped out. I got a notice on 5/12 - 4 days ago - that a USPS label was printed but no notice since that it has been scanned in at the USPS facility. So it's apparently just sitting at the seller's place of business. I have sent the seller FOUR messages with zero responses. Classic false advertising.....take your business elsewhere!

All bath bombs were open at seam fairly big. The pineapple bath bomb had what liked like dry blood on the open seam. The pomegranate face wash leaked all in box.

We apologize for any inconvenience and negative experience, especially this being your first box from us. Our goal is to meet our customers’ expectations and needs. It sounds as if the shrink wrap must have burst or ripped, we do a quality check on every box to make sure they are sealed. It sounds like the red on the seam of the pineapple bath bomb was from the face cleanser leaking because it is red. I wear gloves from beginning to end when handling my product especially my bath bombs, so I can assure you that that isn't blood (please provide photos). We will make sure that the bottles are more secure and packaged better to prevent the face cleanser from leaking. We hope you...

This box was amazing, the smell coming from this box it was like being in a lemon orchard . The body wash works fantastic, the sugar scrub was fantastic ...the bath bomb , just pop it in the warm water and soak and enjoy.. absolutely amazing a must have for your bathroom and your bathtub great box ❤️
