- We have three different folder options; each month a folder will come with your documents so that you can keep your documents for that month organized. The different folder options are: regular, expansion and archival quality. The archival quality folders are for those of you who want to ensure the long term preservation of all of your important documents.

February "Taste" Box
The Histoire-Legacy "Taste" kit includes a personalized potholder, a set of tasting spoons, recipe cards, a lesson plan, a kraft notebook to write down your recipes, ideas, and more! The recipe cards are for recipes that you want to preserve that have been passed down or that you would like to pass down to your future generations. The recipe cards have two parts, a place to write down the recipes and a part that asks you to write down your favorite memory of the recipe.
