I am sorry you feel that way, and to be honest I lost my supplier during this pandemic. Instead of putting a hold on all the orders I still tried to get boxes out customers with what I could get my hands on. I felt that getting something while on quarantine would be better than nothing. Again I am sorry that you were not happy with your boxes recently.
