So It's an all 5 from me. I gave this as a gift and had a personal message. Most boxes or even companies when you ask them to send a personal message just print it out. Not sure if this is a one off or occasional, but they hand wrote the messge. That itself right there is above and beyond in my book. I hate giving reviews because I dont like to lie, or try not to at least, but i give credit where it is due. Also, they loved everything in the box. So yeah, good job everyone.
