I need to only go to your bank to cancel this company refuses to cancel anything I begged from mine to be canceled then they told me it was canceled and the recharge me again this month and I've never received anything from them. Contact your bank and have him put a hard stuff on it and contact the better business bureau and report them
My experience here was horrible. I received no advance notice and was simply recharged and when I reached out they said they cannot cancel because of their logistics. Horrible customer service.

No, it's for women. Unless he wants blush palattes, glittery hair loopies and make up bags. I'd say, go spend $25-30 on stuff at tj Maxx and build him a fun box. Just put sunscreen in every single one. 😉
No, it is catered to women but there is almost always sunscreen in the box so honestly, I don't know what else he'd need.

Products are really random and it doesn't seem like there was much thought put into them. I know that H2BAR isn't one of the big ones like Ipsy or Boxy, or, even Allure, but nothing really seems geared toward people with red hair.
There was all this gushing about sensitive redhead skin, but the amount of essential oils in the cleanser I got in the January 2022 box could be bad for someone with really sensitive skin. The eyeshadow palette in that box was all blues or browns and really disco era in the amount of shine most of the colors had. And the shampoo and conditioner set was extremely heavily fragranced. Ugh.
The February box wasn't much better, The highlighter/bronzer duo is not great, and the contoured look is out of style. The packette of conditioner is laughably tiny, and I can't imagine that the founders, with their own long heads of hair would have been happy to receive such a tiny sample if they were just subscribers.
March is mu last box and I will have to make sure to cancel ASAP after it ships.
This is a neat idea, but the curation leaves MUCH to be desired.

I was disappointed because the products were not specific to being a redhead at all. And, I didn't really care for the products that were in the box anyway. But mostly I expected items that were curated for redheads and I didn't find that at all.

pain in June didn't get anything they told me it was for July's box then in July when I didn't get anything they said they ran out of subscription boxes they said I can get it in August I didn't get in August they said I gave him an incorrect address which Mayan shows because everything I fill out I screenshot shows I put my space number they didn't put it on the box and going to me beg them to cancel it back in July they refused to cancel it then they told me they canceled August and then they build me August and I still have not received any boxes June July and August so I've had to go to the bank and put a hard stop payment on them I had to file fraud against them and I have had to call the better business bureau on them and still they don't reply to my emails except with an automatic responder. Very bad company very unprofessional very poorly ran I would stay away from this company do not spending dying because they will keep ripping you off.

Please know this is normal for us — we sell out frequently and depending on when you subscribe, you will be slotted in the next month’s box.
