I paid on the 10th of October which meant my subscription would start with the November box which would have shipped on the 25th of November. Its the 15th of December now and I haven't received anything or been notified of any delay. I have sent two emails with no reply. I understand lockdown might have an effect but surely they should notify people if this is the case? On my account says preparing my box it should have been sent on 25th of November and they should be preparing my December one. I canceled after that payment
Loved my first box. The book looks exciting and all the contents are top notch.
Subscribed for three months. Second box never turned up so couldn’t be bothered with the hassle so cancelled subscription. Such a shame because first box was really nice
This is the first time I've gotten this and I do like it. Unfortunately the bath bomb was broken and had opened up so everything was covered in the dust of it. I know this happened in transit and that covid 19 was the reason of the delay of it getting here. I'm excited for the book ,the candle and wax melts smell amazing, and I'm looking forward to the tea.
