Too Expensive, Poor Customer Service

I loved the idea behind this box, but it just wasn’t worth the price. I received 2 shipments before cancelling. Both books were in paperback form & I had read both of them over a year ago. In addition, they’re supposed to send an email at the end of each month w/the name & address of a charity, along w/paid postage, so you can donate your book, but I never received an email. Great concept, but very poor follow through.

Took a long time to receive my first box but customer service was very accommodating.

I was very excited to try this subscription however it was the worst one I have ever tried. I waited for over 2 months to get my very first box because I ordered on Dec 31st so apparently I missed the January box. Then when they finally said that I was going to get a box it was going to ship out January 19th roughly. Around the 25th of January I received an email saying I would receive my February box.. Great I am finally going to get it! Yea right.. My post office marked my tracking number delivered on the 5th of February, after 3 emails to Inspired with absolutely no reply I finally had to contact crate joy. I received one email from Inspired after all this saying well your packaged was marked delivered have a good day. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life complete waste of money.
