Q: Are they still in business? Social media never updated, website has spam that pops up. September box was supposed to ship the end of September and no updates or responses to emails. Asked by Nicole M., October 2020
I have also had the same problem. paid for an entire year in advance and received only one box December of 2019. I emailed when the spring box for 2020 did not arrive and received a reply that it was delayed due to COVID and they would throw in something extra. I emailed again 4 months later when the spring box never arrived and neither had summer. That was 3 months ago and I never received a reply.
Same, I gave this as a gift and paid for a year in advance, but only the December 2019 box shipped out. I only realized it happened today! I've tried to contact the company.
