Received a box of dirt, broken ceramics, and parts of plant. I contacted customer service and they told me to just cancel if I was unhappy with the product. Very sad.
Thank you for reporting the damage! We take care to wrap and protect every plant and planter, but once in the hands of the shipper, it is out of our control. This is only the 2nd report of damaged contents since beginning subscription service. By providing proof of the damage as required by the shipper, it helps us to report the damage. However, the client refused to submit proof and refused 2 options for a replacement as well.
