I love Japan crate. I love the variety of chips. For the most part, everything else was a hit with at least someone I know. My family really looks forward to the box arriving every month. It’s a really nice treat, and I’ve never had any issues with getting a damaged box or not getting my box.

I just got my April crate here in Philippines. The post man delivered it to my house. I love japan crate because it gives me a chance to try snacks from Japan! I also love it because it’s as close to Japan as I can get.

Hi Abbie! Hope your staying safe. Upon order we ship the crates via DHL and will only take 5-7 days before it will arrive in your location. But of course, depends on where you live. They ship on a "rolling schedule" which according to their blog means if you pay by the 14th, it ships on the 20th. Pay between the 15th and 23rd, ships on the 30th. Pay after the 23rd but before the end of the month, ships on the 3rd of the following month. They do email you when it ships, but they don't provide tracking numbers. I get the email that my crate shipped on the 3rd, the first month it...
Takes up to a month. They will usually Bill the next one before that one shows up. I stopped subscribing because half the time the box was busted up in shipping and they refused to do anything about it.
I was charged for a second one just as the first one arrived, it had been a month so I'd completely forgotten about it. As for the second one its been over a month and I still haven't received it, even allowing for Christmas that doesn't make sense. Also the tracking numbers don't work. But youtubers get theirs immediately despite living further away so I guess they aren't entirely lying, you'll get special treatment and immediate delivery if you are...
