Q: I read in a review I could customize my box based on characters and anime I like.. I don't see that option any where when setting up my subscription. Is this really a thing or was that guy lying? Asked by William F., January 2022
Hi, thanks for your question! So the snack box comes with anime stickers and you can request specific characters for your stickers if you would like. You can just send us a message after your place an order and tell us what characters you want.

Going into this I was expecting 2lb of snacks but instead got maybe a pound or so defiantly not 2lb. Stickers are much smaller than shown in the pictures. The pictures are misleading you don't get that many snacks, I got around 6 or 7(3 big ones and the rest small snacks). But the drink was good and I did enjoy some snacks, I was just expecting a lot more from looks at the pictures not worth the price In my opinion.
So Disappointing!

I ordered this box for my daughter’s birthday -and I was so excited about it because she loves anime and Japanese candy.. The box arrived damaged. There was a soda can in the box that exploded and ruined much of the candy. There was no anime or manga material included. And not nearly as much or as interesting an assortment of candy as would be expected for the price. Such a disappointment!

Just for future reference, if you ever decide to purchase from us again, that we do offer free replacements if any items come damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot control how USPS handles the packages and so if any of our packages are damaged in transit we are happy to replace the entire package. Also, just to clear any confusion, the Snack Box only comes with anime stickers, it does not come with a manga. Only the Manga Box comes with a Manga. Again, sorry you were disappointed in the product.
