Nice product but only Received half what I paid for. The Chopstix we’re only halfway full. They are over priced and when you only receive them halfway full it is extremely upsetting. Tried to call the company and got voicemail even though it says they’re open 24 hours.

Amazing glosses! Not so great service.
I love the product, but had consistent problems with shipping. Got very terse replies when I emailed checking in on a ~3 week delay in shipping. I can be patient, but it felt like I was irritating them by asking if they could look into a tracking number that hadn’t updated in weeks.
Love the gloss. Not willing to deal with the hassle of making sure they get here.

The glosses themselves (lemonade and medicated cannabis) were wonderful, and I’m really looking forward to more of them, but it took a very long time to ship, and the package was literally 2 glosses in a bubble mailer, with no packing slip or anything. I don’t need fancy packaging, but this was a bit more than minimalist.
