Hi thanks for your message. The sack has 3 items and is a smaller package. It included a journal, pen and one mystery item. The box has 8-10 items

Some of the items are very cheap. 2 of the pens have already stopped working and I've only used them a few times. I dont think this box is worth the price from what I got in my November box
