I find the pricing and billing very deceptive. although the description clearly states pay for 11 and get the 12th free, that is not the case. Also, although it is "free shipping", there is a 7.5% service charge added, that wasn't disclosed up front. I sure hope the product is good and the child who it is gifted to likes it, because I am very dissatisfied already.

-The price of the 12 month subscription is a discount of $67, which is actually more than the price of one box. I apologize that it was not itemized as a "free box" on your statement , however this is our only way to setup this discount within Cratejoy's billing platform and the final pricing is equivalent of receiving 1.5 boxes free.
-As for the 7.5% service charge, I am unaware of any such fee. Junior Whisks only charges additional fees for international shipments, and of course taxes if they are applicable in your state. Any other fees are directly from Cratejoy. I have looked into the order statement and I do not see the fee...
