The box was delightful, but the expectation was to receive a monthly subscription.
My February subscription was billed, then immediately cancelled and refunded with zero explanation. When I inquired, the response was only that the monthly box is no longer being offered and my only available option is a “Try it” box or a quarterly box. Neither are as convenient or as satisfactory as the monthly option I signed up for. This is Jus Breathe’s product to do with as they wish, which is wonderful, but I think the most frustrating thing is the cancellation of the monthly box with not even as much as the courtesy of a note explaining why or the available options moving forward. It leaves me with no desire to move forward with Jus Breathe or to want to recommend this box to anyone. B

We are happy that you loved our box but also sorry that you are upset that we transitioned to a quarterly box. For the last 3 months we have been sending all of our subscribers information on this transition inside of their boxes. Our last box had this reminder also, We will be willing to send you or your mother a gift because we only like to see happy warriors. But as a company we wanted to add so many more products to help in dealing with life's daily battles and we just couldn't add everything we wanted inside a monthly box. Again, we apologized for the disappointment in not receiving another monthly box. Although we think it's unfair that you wouldn't recommend...
