My first months shipment, the one piece of wood i got had a knot in it to hthe point where no nails would go in without bending in half. Im very upset about this because i love the intention of the box and the other projects piece is fine, w no knots.
UPDATE:
They were more then happy to send me a new piece of wood, to fix the problem. They were great. And i cant wait to finish my projects
