Hello. We understand your concern you placed your box order on September 23rd. Your October box is due to send out on October 13th, and your November box on the 13th. We are in no way of stealing your money or not wanting to send your box to you. We will still send you your October box free of charge, and we will refund you your 2 payments. We have been delayed by our box suppliers due to extensive volumes of orders and delays. I apologize for any inconvenience but we will try to make it right.

This box is not bad, it is just not for me; I felt that most of the items were more on the juvenile end, at least I would have loved this box when I was a teenager for sure! However I am looking for a subscription with more usable items for my more mature lifestyle. I do believe that I got my moneys worth of products I do not believe it exceeded that if it did not by much in my opinion. Also there wasn’t a lot of products that were more towards guidance or professionalism it was really just random little things, however there was a great well-known book in the box so that was a keeper! Everything else did go into my re-gifting box for gifts coming up in the future. Anyways sorry I didn’t take any pictures I hope this helped!
