I have reached out to their customer service and have not heard anything. The candle had a long lasting scent and it smelled great . Arrived in perfect condition no damage. I had a charge for what I assumed was another month but that was on March 4th and have not got a tracking number. When I log into my account there is nothing showing an order so I am nervous. I emailed off the website and have not heard back. I am going to cancel and check with credit card to dispute charge. Don’t trust this company! I have never posted a review like this before because I have worked in customer service for 20 years. This company is making me feel like I have been ripped off.
I got 3 shipmemts. 3 shipments wete dented tins, I emailed and was told they'd upgrade to a deluxe box, I got a crumbled candle, 2 thrown in box Hershey kisses, and......was charged. I tried to no avail, to really like this, but customer service is sorely lacking, and they really screwed me on everything being damaged, then totally & completely not keeping their word & the finalienable kuck was charming me for a replacement. Which was a crumbled candle. . Dissappointed & cancelled membership.
Awful smelling candles. Complete waste of my money. Bad karma
