Things went a little awry with my KetoCan box last month... wait no... this story starts wayyyy earlier than that... it actually starts about four months ago.
So three months ago I signed up for my first KetoCan box. I only signed up for the monthly package - because - well you know - what if i don't like it - or I think it's not worth it... fast forward a few months and I decide - well yes... I love it. I love the random treats, the new ideas, the recipes, everything. I think I will sign up for the 3 month deal (more cost effective you know).
A week or two later I get a message verifying whether or not I'm still doing the monthly, or the three monthly or was I in fact buying two boxes... Great customer service, because of course I forgot to cancel my monthly subscription. So I didn't pay double.
Skip a month ahead - something goes awry with Canada Post. I contact Keto Can again - and not only did they "do right by me", but they actually went above and beyond. Super great work and mad shout out to Diane for all her help and hard work.

This is now my 2nd box and I am loving everything. I have to pace myself though out the month be sure to have everything last till the next one comes in. Great products and loving the extra bonus of getting discount codes from some of the suppliers. So so happy we finally have a Keto box available in Canada.
I'm new to the Keto diet and am loving being introduced to all the new products. I've even purchased some after trying them in the subscription box. I look forward to getting this box every month.

Hi Christina! We are so sorry you had a negative experience with your October KetoCan Box. Sometimes our products will be lower in fat but we also made sure there was full fat products as well. Unfortunately we did not have the option to opt out of certain products like nuts, dairy etc. But we do now! We have refunded in full your order. Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns.
