Had to get a refund because after 2 months they still hadn't sent the products I ordered. While they were telling me they just couldn't send it cuz they were so busy, they were sending emails to people asking for money for their sick dog and promising to ship boxes in 5 days or less. But mine was still sitting 2 months later and hadn't been shipped. Do not waste your money at this company. I would give zero Stars if I could.

Ordered a 3 month subscription. Didn't receive the first box as scheduled. Emailed and was told that due to the holidays, I had missed the cut off for ordering. Though I looked pretty thoroughly, I saw no deadline listed. The next box was significantly delayed due to health issues of the owners. They sent an email out, and stated it would be delayed. I had to follow up a couple of weeksnlater asking when it would be shipped, as it had not been received. It finally arrived (my first shipment). The next box arrived as scheduled (my second box). I have not received my third box at all. Very disappointed with this service.
