Last 2 knives were months late. Emails went unanswered until I cancelled my renewal. Items were excellent.
The spring on the knife is broke and I never got a knife after I purchased the subscription like it said!
I really really wanted this to work out because my husband was stoked about it. However, so far he has received 2 knives; both of which were not even worth the $15 subscription price. The first one was valued at $10, and the one he just received today is going for $7.45. We will be cancelling the subscription. It just doesn't make sense to be paying double the price on something. In short, we feel ripped off.
Ordered the first gift pack and it was great...so I renewed it for a 2nd month and it STILL isn't here, even 2 weeks after it was due to arrive. I'm very unhappy
Knife is nice but could have got it cheaper if I just bought it
Signed up and was charged the monthly fee on 12/6. Was charged an additional monthly fee on 12/15 even though my Knife Pack account says the next renewal date is 01/15. I have tryed multiple times to contact the seller by phone. He doesn't answer and his voice mail is full. I've also sent 3 emails. None of which have received a response. I was somewhat pleased with the knife (1, not a pack) but have been EXTREMELY disappointed in customer service.
If you are looking for a gift for someone this is definitely NOT it. The presentation is bad. They put zero effort into this "create". My "create" arrived in a small black baggie with no info about the company, the knife or the note that was supposed to go with it saying it was a gift. The knife was hardly sharp and is difficult to close. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money for a better quality box.
