We don’t rebill you until the first month after your first knife box has already shipped. This gives you time to evaluate our products before proceeding.

Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your subscription. Please make sure that you're emailing us at knifeclub [at] knifesubscription [dot] club we respond within 24 business hours (not counting weekends or holidays). That being said your tracking number shows that your box was shipped on August 18th and on August 22nd it entered Canada. There can be a bit of a "black hole" between entry to Canada and the actual delivery date. In the interim we've gone ahead and canceled and refunded your renewal order from September 1st in full while this is being sorted.

Overall the products were not bad. The amount of time for the box to ship was ridiculous. Then once the call tag was created it still did not get picked up for days. Once the box shipped it arrived in just a few days. I feel like this company has to do better getting the boxes out closer to the 15th not around the 27th like Januarys box. I am going to see how the next few boxes go and decide then if I am going to continue with this subscription.

Shipping should have been fast, unfortunately they ran inventory as it was January and the new year. Our sales manager has assured us that going forward this should not be an issue. A complete waste of money! They claim to use name brand knives, but even in their more expensive boxes (which we paid for), we ended up with an off brand knife that you can buy at Walmart. We bought the box with additional items, all off brand, and all significantly lacking in quality. I expected decent quality for the outrageous price, but you can purchase all the items we received from Walmart for about 1/3 of the cost of this “subscription”. Don’t waste your money.
