We don’t rebill you until the first month after your first knife box has already shipped. This gives you time to evaluate our products before proceeding.

I think the shipping should be quicker
Usually the value of the blade received is worth at least the price of the subscription altho recently I've noticed the value decreasing and the blades being sent is not listed on their "what's included" paperwork. All in all it's a great way to add some knives to your EDC collection as most are folders of good to high quality
It is fun to get a "surprise" knife every month. The knives are easily EDC quality and will withstand actually being used.
The cost of the subscription is close to what one would pay of the knife (with a little research), however, the knives I have received have not been the kind of knives I would have chosen for myself. I have yet to be disappointed with any of the knives I have gotten - that is part of the fun of this subscription service.
We are writing another review because this is the only way we know how to get a hold of you. I have emailed through ”contact seller” and I understand you are not getting the emails. I know I missed the cut off when I first ordered, but now I have been charged twice and still have not received anything. When should we expect to receive the two boxes? My husband is really looking forward to them. Thank you!
We emailed your hotmail account on file back on July 11th. The duplicate charge was already refunded the same day. I've also emailed you at the new address listed in the review.
Since you signed up on June 11th (right after our cut-off date on the 9th) your first knife will go out this month during our normal shipping window. See also the first question on our FAQ page.

They are terrible about responding to requests related to your membership. I have not received a package that I can say is bad but their customer service is rude. I never sent messages asking about a promo code, I sent messages inquiring about when the box would be shipped. Two thru crate joy, and two direct email.

It appears that you sent your emails to Cratejoy, or some other address, and not us directly. We were unable to locate any emails in our queue from you. That being said per our previous email to you, since you had just signed up and your box had not gone out yet, we've fully refunded your order.
