It was ok I guess wasn’t super excited about it but it is what it is . I’m curious to see if it gets better so I will continue with the subscription for now
I really really really want to try this box, but I can't seem to get a hold of anyone regarding the shipment of my first box. I have also emailed them 3 times to no avail. I completely understand what is going on in the global world, but just a simple response on where in the world my shipment is for something I have now ordered over a month ago. My box DID not ship out between the window given online. Please advise as I can also not get a response and hoping this does the trick. Thank you.
Thank you for reaching out. Since your order came in on April 13th, after our cut-off date for the month, your first box will go out this month during our normal shipping window. See also the first question on our FAQ page:
"We ship orders out between the 15th and 25th every month. Please note that your order must be in by the 9th in order to be shipped the same month, other wise your order will be shipped the following month during the normal shipping window.”
We’ll also send you a tracking number upon shipment.
