Hi, thanks for reaching out! We did not go out of business, but with being
featured in the Cratejoy sale last week we got overwhelmed with orders and
had to cut them off to ensure we'd have enough stock. If you already have
an order in, the next box is shipping December 15th!
Q: What does it mean 23$/2 months ? does it mean im paying for two months at once and will recieve two boxes? or only one box every 2 months which means instead of 12 boxes/year its 6 boxes/year ?Asked by Kallie P., October 2019
Hi! Thanks for your interest! Both the Regular and Mini box are bimonthly
subscriptions, meaning they come every other month, so you will only be
billed every two months if you choose to subscribe. I love bimonthly
subscriptions, because it's easier on my budget, and there's enough time to
send better quality products without rushing to fill up a new box every

I enjoy receiving the package and going through all the products. It's always a surprise!!

I was really disappointed with this box. Everything looked as if it came from someone's personal stash of samples. The one nice thing was the tokidoki rollerball perfume in Adieu. Unfortunately it looked like the box had already been opended and some used. I don't recommend this box.

Im sorry you had a bad experience I assure you the samples are brand new and purchased in bulk so as to make each package match Many samples are manufactured without a seal which raises concern for some Unfortunately I am unaware of the condition of packages once I hand them off to USPS but I will contact them to file a complaint and if youd like to let me know which items were used I can replace those
