I’m in love with this box!! I think it’s my favorite subscription so far! It took awhile to get my first box but it is well worth the wait! The items are perfect for me and I can’t believe the quality for a low price! I hope they are all as great as this one! Thank you so much!
I ordered this box for my younger sister who's in college as a sort of care package to remind her of dorm life and she absolutely loves it! Not pictured here was also a black floral kimono from Nordstrom which is her new favorite. Definitely recommend for a quick inexpensive yet thoughtful gift idea

I feel compelled to leave an honest review of this box. The other reviews had hyped it up so much that I was really excited, expecting something great and was very disappointed. It had a lot of random items and samples in it. The shirt had a VERY MUSKY odor and a style I would never wear. The box to the candle has stains and oil marks on it. What I'm assuming is supposed to be a face mask, has two loops attached to thin scarf material hanging down from the bottom of it, which is quite odd and something I would never wear. Most of the beauty items were just free samples that I've received from Ulta, etc. quite a while ago... The OPI nail polish was a color I'd NEVER EVER wear, a book, 3 face masks from a company I've never heard of, which I'm picky with my skincare and they will go in the trash before I put them on my face, a basic loofah, which I have plenty of. I will say there were a lot of items. They did ship immediately as stated in the listing, the packaging was nicely wrapped in tissue paper and If you like to get a bunch of items that are random, you might like this box, but this box definitely was a miss for me.

I have contacted the seller with no response. I wanted to believe the positive reviews but DON'T!! I have been billed for 2 boxes now and haven't received either. Tracking says that labels have been created but usps is still waiting for the item....since November!! It was supposed to be a Christmas present.
I am waiting for my first box. I have only been able to see that a shipping label was created on June 17th. Now that it has been over a month; I am feeling like I may never receive it. :( And, yes, I tried to contact the seller almost a week ago and have not received a response.
Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves I don't know what that happened to your company but this is ridiculous y'all have become fraudulent all y'all do is print the labels y'all don't even ship the packages? This is ridiculous how dare y'all claim to donate to charity? All you do is print the label I mean create the label because that is crate Joy's policy? Y'all are absolutely pathetic
Update, cratejoy won't refund ALL my money because a shipping label was created over a month ago, but nothing was ever actual brought to post office, even cratejoy can't get a hold of this company, maybe they should keep track of only having legitimate businesses on this site!
Ordered on the 6th February and a shipping label was created on the 11th, and still no tracking information - is it ever going to ship???? I purchased for a gift for my daughter March 5th bday, how much longer is it going to take - today is already Feb 25th,..............it's now March 5th, nothing has changed and can't get in contact with customer service either. Cratejoy is trying to contact too, but haven't heard from them either, buy be ware .. it seems this company may have gone out of business????
I am refunding the remainder of your money, $19.99 on Friday 3/12/21. Moreover, I'm not canceling the first box shipment with a retail value over $99 to Kiper that is already in transit & is set to arrive today between 11:45am and 3:45pm.
