Highlighter was broken when I opened the package. Powder is everywhere in the box.

The highlighter must have gotten damaged during transit, as all of our products go through a quality check to insure our members do not receive any damaged or defective item. We have also received your email regarding this concern and reply email was sent to you yesterday letting you know that a brand new replacement of the highlighter will be sent to you.
