I’m very disappointed in the box. It’s basically just a book box with a pencil and two mini erasers. We have had two boxes and in both boxes were activity books my kid wouldn’t be able to do! The description shows activities, cards and books, but it’s not what is actually in the box. It’s sad. I’m glad I only did 6 months, but wish I had done 3 instead. My little one loves getting the box but usually will only play or read one or two of the books and then is over it.
We love receiving our monthly boxes! They are so fun to open and see what surprises are inside! I do feel they are a bit young for my 12 year old though. Probably more for a 9-10 year old.
My son enjoys the books but their should be a way to update the preferences now that I know exactly what he enjoys.
I like this box but thought there would be more interactive items with this box. I love the idea of the box and that it had my sons name on it. He was very excited to get mail with his name on it.
I loved the first one! It was fantastic. But the second one seemed like everything was thrown in there without thought. He wouldn't be interested in those things, they aren't activities like the other one, they're coloring books, which he doesn't really care for coloring in general.
Customer service was great and shipped out my first box quickly. The books we received were nice books and high quality, but not really what my 5 year old would find interesting. There was one story book he loved and an activity book that was ok, but the other books (Guinness World Records, Proverbs for Young People, and a book about Computing) were not something I would imagine a 5 year old boy would be interested in.
My son loves the individual sticker with his name on it. The activity books in it were fun and he is excited to work on them. The 2 regular books however were more preschool type books. He is 7 and at the end of 1st grade. A bears book on sharing and the lyrics to the song happy were a disappointment. Looking forward to what is in next months box. The 3 activity and sticker books will keep him busy for a while. :)
