Q: Why do you charge people $25.00 and never send the box, tracking number or return an email. It's been two months and nothing. Asked by Melissa O., January 2021
Ordered this box Nov 24th, it's dec 30th and still do not have a package or tracking number. I emailed and sent several messages contacting the seller through cratejoy. Cratejoy also sent me emails saying they would investigate for me but I haven't had any responses. Customer service is just as important as the products. I have cancelled and suggest you save your money.
