Got one month's box out of three really late. Never received the other two and haven't been able to get in contact with the seller. I will keep trying because I would like my money back.
Update 3-27-21: I have submitted several requests and never heard back from the seller or Cratejoy customer service. As far as I can tell, my order was cancelled without ever telling me about it. Not sure if I will try Cratejoy again since their service has been woefully inadequate.
Ordered this box Nov 24th, it's dec 30th and still do not have a package or tracking number. I emailed and sent several messages contacting the seller through cratejoy. Cratejoy also sent me emails saying they would investigate for me but I haven't had any responses. Customer service is just as important as the products. I have cancelled and suggest you save your money.
