I been sending emails, been run around and getting no where. I been charged for Aug and Sept. This is ridiculous.
When you figure out how, please let me know. They are obnoxious. Worst customer service ever. I'm out over $100 and they refuse to respond.

It doesn’t work. I’ve tried twice now. I initially canceled right after placing it for my mom. Then after 3 months was charged again, went and canceled. Now I was just charged again and tried to cancel.
You can’t. I ordered this back in May 2019 for my mom. It was for three months. I have canceled several times...she is still receiving them.

As with most box subscriptions, it took a little while to get here. But when it did, was lovely. It was lovely to see my 12 year old daughters face(was a bday present). She was so excited! One of the lipsticks she got before from another box and it had "literally just ran out!" She was so delited to get all 4 lip sticks and other items. Thank you so much!!!!
