Our book boxes come with 1 book (which can be shared), 1 bookmark per book (which can be shared), 1 family letter per book (for adults to learn about why we picked this book), and 1 colorable Spotlight sheet highlighting a modern-day feminist hero. We also send a supplemental digital copy of this colorable Spotlight to all our subscribers each month.
Q: What should I do if I already have a book in the subscription box? Asked by Christine S., September 2020
We work hard to research high-quality diverse books that aren’t as popular online or in bookstores. If you do happen to receive a book you already own, simply email us and we’ll happily replace the book for you.

In our 3-7 book box, we send hardcover picture books. In our 0-3 book box we mostly send board books. In our 7-9 book box, we mostly send hardcover picture books or chapter books, and we occasionally send paperback chapter books.
Q: Can I change the age range for my subscription after I get the first box or as my child progresses?Asked by Christine S., September 2020
