I purchased a 3 box subscription in December 2020 and received the first box. Since then, I have an unfulfilled box from March 2021 that has never been sent and just got a notification it was going to auto-renew my subscription after my May box. I emailed the company a bunch of times at admin at love-drop dotcom and have never once received an email back.
Pay at your own risk. If I don't hear anything soon I'm going to pursue...

If you and your significant other are contemplating exploration this is a great avenue. Will you like EVERYTHING? No, but that’s part of the journey. Will you be introduced to new things you wouldn’t necessarily buy? Yes. Customer service is a little slow but they do respond and have been very amenable t to help. We weren’t to happy with our first box. ball gags and butt plugs were not for us. Slow customer service email response but that’s everywhere right now because of COVID so I don’t knock them for that. Exchanged my box in a timely fashion ( nothing was opened or even looked at) and she even sent a return label for me which was awesome.
