Q: Is it too late to get the best of matter box? I've been waiting to see something posted. I am a science teacher (middle school) and my students and i love the boxes and can't wait for the best of!! Asked by Ron F., December 2020
Thanks for using our boxes in your classroom! You can find many of our past items, including best-of boxes when they are in stock, on our main website (we can't post URLs here, but you can find it in the pics on this page). Plus, teachers always get 15% off! Check the "Discounts" link at the bottom of our main site.
Q: What is the phone # for Matter, I was unable to place order online.Asked by Jeanette P., June 2019
Sorry if you're experiencing technical issues. Unfortunately this site won't allow me to include contact information in this reply. But my name is Terry, and I'll be happy to help you if you just hit the "Contact Seller" button at the bottom of this page and shoot me an email from there. Thank you!
Q: The six month subscription cost $29.99 a month yesterday. Why did the price go up by $10 a box?Asked by Kathy S., November 2021
The price of the Matter box varies based on the duration of the subscription and any coupons applied to your cart. There are currently some promotions on our page that can get the cost of the box down to near that price for a 12 month subscription before shipping and tax.
Q: I have sent TWO messages asking where my box is that I ordered on Oct 1st! It’s now Nov 5th and still no box and no response from your company! I will give until the end of today before I cancel!Asked by Tammy B., November 2021
Your first box will ship in the first week of next month, no matter what day you subscribe. All boxes ship in the first week of each month.
If you are into science, and you want something purely unique, this is the box for you. Every item feels like an Easter egg. From space exploration to ancient poop (one of my favorite objects…) this is truly an amazing box.
Love the Matter box. I actually used the hand warmers while back packing.
My husband LOVES this crate. Everything comes with fact cards about the items you get and all the items are interesting. Thanks!
I got a huge trilobite fossil in my box. My favorite science museum's trilobites are half the size of mine. I can't believe this doesn't cost more.
The trilobites are one of the oldest fossils that we have featured - at about 500 million years old! And thank you for the feedback. We strive to include the highest quality items in the box of Matter - so glad you loved the fossil you received!
Loved everything in the box! The info cards were èxspecially great
I especiialy like the research cards explaining all the items. My favorite thing has been the NFT. I wasn't sure what an NFT was when I heard about them, but thanks to MATTER, I know what they are and I also own one! They taught me how to start a digital wallet, and sent me an NFT for free. Great service!
It was a learning process for us too, and the NFT world has already evolved a great deal since then so we may have to do another!
Im impressed with the quality and attention to details each month. The products are actually decent quality and their online shop has even more. Im in nerd heaven.
As an adult who is into science, let me just say FINALLY. Thank you for not dumbing this down. Adults like learning new things too! Worth every penny!
