Emailed them twice about my December box, a month later, no word, no box. The November box was pretty awesome, so that sucks.
I am so sorry about how we've disappointed you. I looked for emails from you, and I couldn't find any. We also sent out an update about the box so I wasn't sure what happened. In our customer manager, Intercom, I searched for your name, but it didn't come up. I'm not sure if purchasing through the Marketplace prevents us from getting your info, but we would never intentionally let an email go unanswered. I'll follow up with Cratejoy to ask if you write within the Marketplace, where do the emails go.
I've refunded you for the box but we will still get your box out to you next week.
