At the moment, we do not customize our Mixes. However we include a detailed guidebook in each Mix, which contains common allergy information for each snack ;D

Our subscriptions are billed immediately on signup, and auto renewals are billed on the last day of the month. Hope that answers your question!

the tour of taste by prefecture is such a cool theme and the snacks are really tasty and there's info that arrives with it is really so great, but the shipping process kind of doesn't ensure that some of the cookies and things will be aesthetically perfect, it comes from far away so I totally understand! I do wish the little cute cartoon on the cookie was intact but overall that's not really a big deal, the box was awesome!
