I like this box. We’ve been home
for over a year with my now 3 year old. She’s very intelligent and was in school full time pre pandemic. Messy projects have really been the way to her heart while being home and also build her STEAM exposure. I work full time and was running out of ideas for the workweek. I finally looked to a box subscription and am glad I did. She really enjoyed the Dino theme and has explained her projects to her cousins and grandparents - She is absolutely learning with hands on activities.
I did the eggs a few days apart. Volcano in 3 sessions over the weekend and we still maybe fossils to make.
I also subscribed to the messy bin and so she’s moved her hatchlings to there. she loves that too.
As far as cost, I think it’s reasonable- I’ve invested in so much crafts stuff and it adds a up since you have to buy in bulk sometimes. Plus, this came with an easy button, so i def worth it to me.
My son loves this subscription! When we got out first box he was so excited to start playing. I ordered this based on the suggestion from someone that he might be acting out because he was sensory seeking. I honestly never thought of the connection, but he seems to not be hitting as much. He plays with it almost daily, and it’s actually kind of fun. He’ll sit in my lap and stick his feet in it, he’ll use the tweezers or get a measuring cup/spoon to scoop out the little treasures, he’ll pour it and runs his hands through it. We have the alphabet box and so we’ll discuss the letters and the sounds they make or he’ll pick up a pom pom and we’ll talk about the colors of them and what two colors make another color. I’m looking forward to seeing what the next box holds!
this was a gift for a two year old and a five year old and their two parents. The four of them enjoyed this so much!
Such a unique and fun box! We’ve loved the messy crafts and it’s a great way to spend a rainy or snowy day!
