The candy and snacks in our MexiCrate boxes (Pequeña, Mediana, and Grande) change from month to month, typically around a theme. If you would like to request a box without spicy items, please reach out to our customer service team Please note that all requests are not guaranteed to be fulfilled.
We do have specialty boxes in our Dulceria candy store which may not include spicy items, such as the Tamarindo box, Chocolate box, and Piñata box. For more details, please reach out to our customer service team.
That being said, spicy candy and snacks are a big part of Mexican culture, dating all the way back to the Aztecs who mixed in chili peppers with their chocolate. We know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but...

Hi Blake! Our boxes our themed and the contents rotate every month. That being said, we love chamoy candies, and they almost always find their way into our boxes. So if you like chamoy, you definitely came to the right place!

Hi there. Actually we temporarily limited the international shipments because of inconsistency in delivery service during covid. We hope to open it back up later this year.

We have LOVED Mexicrate! The box plays a little music when you open it and we just love that! My kiddos have enjoyed the snacks and candy. You get a TON of variety. I only gave 4 stars for shipping because my first crate never arrived, but it WAS replaced so quickly.

The shipping is not Mexicrates problem, the three stars is because of customs issues. Again, while not Mexicrates fault my order to Canada was a hassle.
I LOVED this. box!! And, because I am not a fan of spicy, I was able to share. I don't often like to share my treats :) Pineapple was the theme and I couldn't have been happier.
The packaging, was SO fun, I don't want to ruin the surprise for anyone, but the singing box made me laugh. The box was wonderfully packaged, and knowing what the box has been through to get to me, it was still in perfect condition. High praise to the packers and the curation was wonderful, lots of big and small items and a wonderful canned drink.

I ordered the Med. Box 3-month subscription. First Box LOVED it, the second box got lost in transit. I contacted the company and they asked me to wait...I did...a week later still not here. So they sent me a new box out. Customer service was nice to deal with but not only did I get my regular box but I also got the smaller sized box with it. I thought maybe like a sorry...Nice but didn't ask for it. The third month rolls around still no package....I guess they considered the smaller package the third month????? But I paid for the bigger box!...... It just seems like a hassle to continue to deal with. I would have prolonged my subscription but I don't have the time to continually check if the box has been shipped and I am getting what I paid for. Great idea terrible execution.

the candy amount is not retail worth it. and i cant cancel.. literally no customer service will contact me back! ill take this down when i get a way to cancel since i keep requesting password change and get no email to do so

Thank you for your Mexicrate order. I apologize for the confusion. You ordered a 3 month subscription in Mid July. As listed on our website, for all first time orders we ship the first box within 48 hours of the time that the order is placed and all remaining boxes get shipped at the beginning of each month. Since your first order was placed in mid-July, this was after the July boxes were shipped so we sent your August box early. We have recently shipped your September box (which USPS stated that it will be delivered today) and in less than a month we will send your October box.
