I’m kinda disappointed. I was under the impression since they said “you will get bang for your buck” that the product would at minimum be what I paid for or more. Definitely since they are getting products at the character warehouse where everything is extremely discounted. I’ve gotten two envelopes(they do not come in boxes). I received a cookie cutter in one with the price tag of $7 on it.(October box) And a pair of socks in the other.(November box) Not $12 or more and not bang for your buck. Again since they purchased it at the character warehouse. Also the customer support is just not good, I tried to reach out on multiple different platforms when I had a question and never got a response back. I’m not gonna cancel yet as I wanna see if maybe I just got two not great months as it says on the website you could receive cups, stuff toys, etc. things I believe would be worth the $12. Will update as time goes. I received October & November “boxes”. I also understand that they have to make money and you are paying for receiving Disney park merchandise at home. This is just my opinion. Also I do absolutely love the products I received just not the value I paid for them.

I didn't get any ears that I was hoping for but the old 1971 memorabilia was great for me, that was the year I joined the military. Went to Disney Land back in 1963. The date means a lot to me.
