Yes you can add a note to your order. In most cases we don't send out kitchen knives.

Most of the time it will ship USPS, but there are times it is heavier, so they get shipped ups. We don’t use Fedex.

The tiers are normally based on the quality of the knives. So the the basic tier would be a cheaper quality knife, but still forged in the USA. We don’t send junk though. Everything is inspected for quality/issues before we ship it to you! So if you order the $50 tier, you will receive a $50 knife. Less details may be in it, or it may have a lower quality sheath. Either way, you will be satisfied with your order!

I only received 1 knife out of the 3 that i was supposed to. I ordered this 3 month subscription for my husband for our anniversary. He only got 1 knife in the first month and has never received any other ones and its been almost 4 months. For the last 2 months it says that my second knife is being prepared for shipment. And after numerous emails with no responses I’m done.

This is just another mass produced knife. After I got it I searched the brand and these knives sell on ebay for 26-30 bucks. Almost half of the monthly blade box. What a joke save your money if you really feel the need to own a shit knife just go to ebay.

The knife was very underwhelming. For the amount I paid I expected something impressive. What I got was a roughly ground knife with uneven edges. The for and finish were comparable to a cheap Pakistani blade.
I'm sorry you are not impressed with the knife. Being that these are handmade, they will have imperfections, and are not 100%. The small and hardly noticeable gaps happen in the forming process and can't be avoided.

Based on other reviews I did purchase the $150/month, 3-month subscription. The quality and craftsmanship is amazing! The first box contained 5 knives with a custom leather case. These knives are beautiful pieces of artwork. My fiancé LOVED the knives. The second box contained an ax, it’s gorgeous! I love the fact these are made in the USA! Upgrade to the $150, it’s definitely worth it!

The product was great and I thoroughly enjoyed adding it to my collection. Throwing the item in a re-used amazon box with not even as much as newspaper or a little bubble wrap allowing it to be crushed by UPS was a poor choice in my opinion. Having to repair damage because of poor packing is not any fun....especially when it is a gift
I’m glad you liked the knife, but sorry about the packaging. December was crazy! I had so many boxes that had to be shipped, but I couldn’t get any actual boxes in time, so I had to reuse, or else the boxes would have been shipped until around January 5 or so. Since then, I’ve got enough boxes so we won’t have this issue again. Sorry about that, and I hope to see your name in next months box!
