Underwhelmed. We went the better part of 5 months without a set. Yes, I understand it’s the pandemic but a simple email saying things are in hold until things ease up and we commit to getting all your pens would have been good.
The pens themselves often are either cheap looking or break within a few weeks. Especially the fountain pens. We won’t be renewing with them.
