I like the box only problem is the two styles I chose, cottagecore and boho really were not represented in the clothing. I like younger styles in clothing. Yes I wear distressed jeans for example. The quality was great. The shipping was good considering how far it traveled. The disappointment came in the style.

Julia responded to my message almost immediately regarding my concerns about shipping and my boxes, informing me that there was some sort of shipping problem, and that she was sorting it out as soon as she could, which I'm very grateful for, and appreciate. But, most importantly, she went above and beyond, and processed a refund immediately, like within minutes, which is something that she didn't have to do, and was just a little something extra (a big something extra, actually)!
Their customer service is amazing, and is what's going to keep me a customer here.
Mistakes happen, and it certainly wouldn't be fair to blame them for shipping issues, that are totally out of their control.
So thank you Julia, and I look forward to seeing all the great Styles you pick out!
Okay, so they are LYING when they say they "ship fast" and that your first box will ship within 5 days. I ordered July 6th spending over 100$ and almost a month later I've received NOTHING!!! I emailed Julia,my stylist, asking for a tracking number 2 DAYS AGO AND NO REPLY!!! I ordered 2 boxes the Acadamia and Cottagecore and was super excited to get them and now it seems I must dispute the charges and begin the charge back process and I'm so disappointed!

I absolutely loved everything in my boho box! Julia contacted me and asked a couple of questions to get a better idea of my style and fit, which I thought was such a great touch, you could tell a lot of thought goes into these boxes. I was a little worried about things fitting, but it's all perfect! And it's such a fun box - I don't have anything like a lot of these pieces, but they will match so many other things in my wardrobe. I got the cottage core package and it is incredible. Every bit was amazing and exactly to my taste. In colors that I wanted to include in my wardrobe. I was a little worried about the size, but every piece fit perfectly. I'll have to shorten the pants a little because I'm short, but that's not a problem. 😁 Plus i get one extra piece.
