Hmmm. I am sorry Alicia (is it under another name?), but Cratejoy did not send me an order for you. Are you sure it was for My Favorite Happy Box? If that is the case then we both need to contact them because there is a big problem if I am not receiving my paid orders. Do you have an e-mail confirmation or anything?
