Thank you so much for the question.
All of our teaboxes are sent as oversize lettermail via Canada Post. Typically, it will take about 2 weeks for a teabox to reach a destination in the United States once it leaves our haven of tea happiness in London, Ontario. Do keep in mind that we have a monthly shipment date, though: all of our teaboxes are shipped on the first of each month.

At the moment, we don't offer any customizations, such a no caffeine. Each teabox will contain a selection of three blends, from black, green, white, oolong, rooibos, herbal, and fruit/nut varieties. Each box will contain at least one caffeine-free blend, and at least one with caffeine.
Q: What is the last day that I can subscribe to get this month's box?Asked by Johnsen E., September 2020
Great question, Johnsen.
We accept orders until the last day of the month for the next month's shipment. We have one monthly shipment date, which is the first of the month (except for holidays and weekends). So you can place an order between November 1st and November 30th in order for your first teabox to be included in the December 1st shipment.

I find that I'm particularly picky... Things like fruit tea sounds weird and I would never buy any for myself.
Now someone picks all the flavours out for me and I even like it! I enjoy seeing the names, sharing with my partner and trying these new flavours.

I received my first shipment of tea one month after my son ordered it for me..that seems a little slow to me considering my husband received his shipment less than a week after it was ordered. That said, the tea smells and tastes amazing!

With this monthly shipment date, when a customers receives their first teabox in relation to when they placed the order may vary quite a bit, depending on what time of the month the order was placed.
