Ordered in July and when I placed order it was not clear on when seasonal boxes were shipped. So contacted company and told it was seasonal and would ship seasonally. I waited and now middle of October my recipient does not have her gift! Lack of response when I ask when it will be shipped. Had them contact me last week to verify mailing address and I replied with correct address and asked when I would get shipping confirmation and NO reply! Just contacted them asking when my box would ship and they said "Seasonal boxes ship in December" What?????

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Our seasonal Fall boxes were shipped starting the 2nd week of September. The reason you were asked to confirm the address was because the postal carrier had marked it as invalid. Once the address was confirmed we mailed out the box the following day. The box was then returned to us due to invalid address as the postal carrier was unable to find the location (we sent you the tracking number that states the invalid address). We emailed you back giving you an option for a refund or for it to be sent to another address. The Winter seasonal box will be shipped in December.
