This was supposed to be a month to month Xmas gift for my mom. Ordered last November. The December box finally showed up in January. Then when my mom got nothing in January or February, I reached out twice with zero response from Seller. Took several emails to get Cratejoy to get involved and they finally let me know Seller turned off my auto month to month renewal with no reason or notice. Totally disgusted with entire setup. Very disappointing for my mom as she actually loved her box and we would have continued indefinitely if not for the dismal customer service. Not even sure MyBookBox is still in business considering their page still has their December message up.
Have absolutely loved this box for years. But the fact that Jessica Tresp and Chelsea Green can ignore emails from devoted subscribers about the status of their subscription is criminal. Be honest and let us know that you are out of business, took our money and ran and obviously have no remorse. WHATEVER you do, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. They have not sent boxes out since last year.
